What is VUELE™?
VUELE™ is your premier platform for collecting, watching and trading exclusive, limited-edition feature-length films and collector NFT film content. Registered members can use either credit cards or cryptocurrency to collect, view, and resell on VUELE™’s exclusive trading platform – the VUELEVERSE. NFTs include access to feature-length films and collectible film content including never-before-seen footage, and digital film and entertainment collectibles.
Why is VUELE™ different from other streaming services?
Unlike other streaming service providers, VUELE™ allows members to purchase, view and SELL their content on the VUELEVERSE. This includes feature-length film access and collectible film content in the form of NFTs. Additionally, VUELE™ does not require members to pay a subscription fee – it is free to become a VUELE™ Member. You only pay for the content you purchase.
When will new content be available for purchase on VUELE™?

What is an NFT?
An NFT (Non-Fungible Token) is a unique digital asset created using blockchain technology. The tokens created can be associated with media content, such as feature-length films, stills, or video images, and are stored in a digital wallet (your VUELE™ account) allowing you to securely manage and curate your VUELE™ Collection.
What is a Blockchain?
A Blockchain is a decentralized, digital ledger or database. Each entry into the ledger creates a single block which cannot be edited, and has its own digital stamp which cannot be altered. Each subsequent entry on the ledger creates a new block which is chained to the first block – hence the name “Blockchain”.
Which Blockchain is VUELE™ built on?
VUELE™ is built on the Metaworks Platforms’ own Blockchain, using the Polkadot Network.
What determines the value of an NFT?
You and the marketplace. Some NFTs have sold for millions of dollars, and some have sold for a few cents. It is entirely determined by market forces. All secondary sale prices in the VUELE™ Marketplace are determined by the seller when they list their NFT to be sold.
What is the VUELEVERSE?
The VUELEVERSE is the entire VUELE™ platform. Available only to VUELE™ Members, the VUELEVERSE is where they can access the latest VUELE™ Releases, stream feature-length films that they’ve purchased, view their digital NFT film collectibles, shop the VUELE™ Marketplace, and sell their VUELE™ NFTs to other VUELE™ Members.
Do I need to be a VUELE™ Member to purchase on the VUELEVERSE?
Yes. Only VUELE™ Members may Buy, Collect and Sell on the VUELEVERSE. To Register, click SIGN IN on the Home Page and follow the on-screen prompts.
How do I become a VUELE™ Member?
Simply click on the SIGN IN button in the header and you will be directed to the VUELEVERSE where you will register to become a member by supplying personal information including your name, email address, and password. You are then able to browse the VUELEVERSE where you can start purchasing and building your VUELE™ NFT collection and selling your NFTs on the VUELE™ Marketplace.
Do I need to be a VUELE™ Member to view VUELE™ content such as feature-length films?
Yes. Only VUELE™ Members are able to view and stream VUELE™ content, as it can only be accessed through your VUELE™ account.
What is my VUELE™ Collection?
This is where all of your VUELE™ NFTs are stored. From your VUELE™ Collection, you can access and stream any feature-length films and video content, as well as view any of the digital NFT film collectibles that you’ve purchased.
What is the VUELE™ Marketplace?
The VUELE™ Marketplace is where Members can sell their VUELE™ NFTs to other VUELE™ Members. Here, you will see all the VUELE™ NFTs currently being sold by other Members, and where you may purchase direct from other VUELE™ Members.
How do I sign up to VUELE™?
Simply click on the SIGN IN button in the header and you will be directed to the VUELEVERSE where you will register to become a member by supplying personal information including your name, email address, and password. You are then able to browse the VUELEVERSE where you can start purchasing and building your VUELE™ NFT collection and selling your NFTs on the VUELE™ Marketplace.
Do I need to be a US resident?
No, you do not need to be a resident of the USA to become a VUELE™ Member. VUELE™ is available in most countries. Please see our Terms of Service for more information about access in other countries and the VUELE™ Marketplace definition for additional considerations.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes. Only those who are aged 18 years and over may become a VUELE™ Member.
Can I use my Credit Card to purchase on VUELE™?
Yes. If this is your first time making a purchase, you will be presented with various payment options after you click the “Buy Now” button, including adding a credit card. You can also edit, add or replace your default credit card information directly in the My Profile section under the Profile icon at the top right of the site.
Can I use cryptocurrency to purchase on VUELE™?
Yes. Simply select cryptocurrency as your preferred method of payment. This may be edited or changed at any time directly in the My Profile section under the Profile icon at the top right of the site.
How do I link my crypto wallet?
Once you’ve selected crypto as your preferred method of payment, you will be guided through the process of linking your crypto wallet.
Do I own the Intellectual Property of my VUELE™ NFTs?
Owning an NFT does not give you the underlying ownership of the NFT content. This means that you can enjoy these films, images, and other files for your personal use-, but you cannot commercially exploit them unless the file contains explicit permissions from the artist or IP rights holder.
Can I export or download my VUELE™ NFTs?
Some content such as images may be downloaded and printed for personal use. Feature-length films and some other videos cannot be downloaded and can only be streamed on VUELE™.
Can I return my VUELE™ NFTs after purchase for a refund?
Unfortunately, no. All sales are final since all NFTs are limited-edition digital goods. You can, however, post your NFT for resale on the VUELE™ Marketplace.
How do I stream my VUELE™ Film Content?
Once you’ve opened the NFT, simply press play and it will automatically play at full-screen size on whichever device you are viewing. Closed captioning is available for some content.
Can I share my purchase with other people for them to view?
No. Only VUELE™ members have access to the VUELEVERSE and their NFT Collection, and you may not share the contents of your VUELE™ Collection with anyone else.
Is there a limit to the number of times I can watch?
No. You may watch your VUELE™ content, including any feature-length films, as many times as you like. If you choose to sell your NFT, it will no longer be available for you to view and the NFT will be transferred to the new owner.
Does my VUELE™ NFT ownership expire after a certain amount of time?
No. Your membership will never expire, and neither will any of the VUELE™ NFTs that you own.
How do I sell on VUELE™?
Easy. Simply click the SELL link featured at the bottom of the NFT description, enter the price (in USD) you wish to sell your VUELE™ NFT for, and then click SELL. Your NFT is immediately listed in the VUELE™ Marketplace for other members to purchase. If this is your first time listing an NFT for sale, you will be guided through the process to link your bank account in order to receive the proceeds of the sale.
Are there any charges for selling my NFTs on the VUELE™ Marketplace?
Every transaction on the VUELE™ Marketplace incurs a 7% transaction fee to cover the costs associated with the transaction. This is paid by the seller and is deducted from the sale price after the sale is completed.
Can I move my VUELE™ NFTs to another platform to trade?
No. We do not allow cross-chain functionality on the VUELEVERSE. All VUELE™ NFTs must be stored or traded on the VUELE™ Platform.
How do I withdraw funds from my VUELE™ account?
VUELE™ Members who sell NFTs on the VUELE™ Marketplace must have a bank account in their country of residence to deposit the proceeds from their sales. The current list of supported countries for bank account deposits include the USA and Canada. Please contact Customer Support using the email panel below if you would like us to consider supporting other countries.
How long does it take to receive funds?
Once another member has purchased your VUELE™ NFT, it takes 10 business days for your account to be credited with the proceeds of the sale. If you have not received the funds after 10 business days, please contact customer support using the email panel .
